Manufactures offer such a choice that there is definitely a home to suit your needs. Some decide to start with a more basic or affordable model, but that does not mean you have to stay with that model forever. Just like moving home or changing your car you can part exchange your holiday home when it is convenient for you and eventually could end up with the ultimate in luxury. Log Cabin Fact File 2011

Ground rent for period 1^st January to 31^st December is £1,848.00 inc. VAT (This is for single & twin units)
2 Payments	1^st by 1^st January 2^nd by 1^st July	£924.00 inc. VAT £924.00 inc. VAT
Rates assuming holiday usage (2009 £190.00) due in April.
Water & Gas is metered.
Electric is metered 40amp supply.
All meters are read 1^st June & 1^st December.
Barrier Card on entrance. (A £30.00 per card one off payment is required).
Open 1^st March until 5^th January.
Private use only. (These are holiday lodges only).
Twin Unit Log Cabins available from £62,000.00 (including offer deals) fully sited. Including Sun-Decks and Skirts.
Single unit log cabins from £62,000.00 fully sited.
All Log Cabins must be insured either through the office at a cost of approximately £450.00 based on a value of £80,000.00 including sun deck and all fixtures and fittings supplied with the home including personal contents for up to £5,000.00 in value.

Alternatively you can use your own insurance company and we will retain a copy of the insurance.
All twin unit log cabins will be given a 40yrs BH&HPA licence agreement. All single unit log cabins will be given a 25yrs BH&HPA licence agreement.
